Overview
A leading regional retail client was migrating from multiple fragmented legacy ERP systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). The project spanned finance, retail, supply chain and warehouse management across 100+ stores within the region. Risks included data quality issues, incomplete migration, duplicate entries, and reconciliation errors between the old systems and Dynamics F&O. These risks posed a threat to financial close processes, supplier payments, and stock visibility.
